Every Sunday, we match you with someone who asked for help and book a time you're both free.

Give them 20 minutes on video. That's it until next week.
They're at your career stage or earlier, usually in your field or moving into it. Never from your company.

Do I need to be senior?+
No. If you have more experience than someone, you can help them. We only match you with people at your stage or earlier.
How much time does it take?+
One 20-minute call a week, booked when you're free. Need a break? Reply to any Touchbase email and we'll pause your matching.
What do people ask about?+
Offers, what to learn next, moving into your field, and how you got to where you are.
Will they keep messaging me afterwards?+
Only if you both want to. We never share your email or phone number. They see your LinkedIn on the meeting card, as you see theirs, and we won't match the two of you again.
